Customer service
Clear communication is part of the service. We aim to understand the request, explain the next step and avoid unnecessary technical language.
What to include in an enquiry
- The organisation or project involved
- The problem you are trying to solve
- The people who will use the service
- Any current website, system or material
- Your preferred timing and practical constraints
- For seminars: location, audience, group size and topic
Project communication
For development work, we prefer clearly defined stages and written confirmation of important decisions. This reduces misunderstandings and makes it easier to test each improvement before moving forward.
Privacy and responsible handling
Please do not send passwords, API keys, health records or other sensitive information through the general contact form. Secure transfer arrangements can be discussed if a project requires access to protected systems.
